Learning advanced Arabic is a challenging and long journey for non-Arabs who embrace Islam. It is true that they can use their own mother language to read and understand the meanings of the Holy Quran. However, they still need to learn the Arabic language for the coming reasons:

  • Learning Arabic manages the non-Arab Muslims to understand the meanings of the verses and supplications they say while establishing their daily prayers. Hence they can achieve reverence for Allah during their prayers.
  • They also need to learn Arabic so that they can recite the Noble Quran in Arabic and gain a huge reward from Allah for reciting each letter of the Quran in Arabic; the language it was revealed in.

Classical Arabic

All non-Arab Muslims should learn Arabic. So that they can establish their daily prayers, recite the Holy Quran, make daily supplications and grasp the beauty of the divine verses. In this course, students will learn the standard Arabic language; the Arabic of the Quran. When students learn classical Arabic (Fusha), they will be able to communicate with any Arab speaker from any different Arab country and understand Islam deeply.

In this course, the students study the three parts of Lughatuna–al-Fusha online course. Trough this online course, students learn greetings and introductions; how to greet people, and how to introduce themselves or the others. Students learn how to ask about people, their countries, and nationality. They know how to ask about personal belongings, numbers, dates, and telephone numbers. They can ask about price, color, places, and directions. Students will learn and practice talking about different daily activities. Students also will learn how to form questions asking about family and weather conditions, and they also learn how to use some useful grammar rules.
In the second part of this course, students have a revision of the first part, then They move to learn to talk about their homes and families; how to depict places and people. They will learn and practice how to use different adjectives, how to form negation and antonyms. They will also learn how to express possessions (have-have not). Then students learn how to ask about places and means of transportation. They read through this course short articles about famous Arab figures. The teacher then helps students to talk about schools and universities by describing events, occasions, and parties; and talking about colleges and universities.
